Fri, 2012-02-03 09:06 — 09pritchWe've been doing Task 3 in our Paris Project-Planning the Trip. I think that my spreadsheet is quite well laid out and very clear, and so I'm quite pleased with that. I think that my information is well researched and well presented. I useed a lot of diffeent sources to get my cost information, sometimes the internet and sometimes material found on the M Drive.
7. Starting task 3
Fri, 2012-02-03 09:02 — 09sandaLFor this task I had to create a spread sheet that included all the costs for the trip to Paris. I had to gather the information and then enter it into a spread sheet, which I have now completed.
To calculate the Paris trip costs I used excel as it has the tools needed to create a spread sheet with the relevant information in it. I separated the information into 3 sections, Travel, Attractions and Other, other includes accommodation and food.
I used vlookup, addition, subtraction, mulitplication and division formulas to work out the total costs.
Blog 6: Costing the Paris Trip (www;ebi)
Fri, 2012-02-03 09:01 — 09kirkhEwww: I have used good lay out and design structure to show the numbers, I have used colours so that Titles stand out from the rest of the rows. Using colour and a second spreadsheet for Raw Costs has made organising the costs easier. I have used numbers sourced from the M-Drive for accomodation and coach costs. I found finding costs for day time activities rather easy once I found a web address that I could use.

i have completed all tasks for this task and it is all right. In this task we had to get prices of all the places we wanted to go and wanted to do and i have done that. we then put in vlookup and found the total price that students would have to pay. eventually i did this all right.
