Fees for INGOT Centres and Academies (UK)

Annual Centre Subscription Charges for Pre 16 (based on roll/capacity)

Band A: up to 500 students £1850.00

Band B: 500-750 students £2250.00

Band C: 750-1000 students £2800.00

Band D: 1000-1250 students £3350.00

Band E: 1250-1500 students £3900.00

Band F: 1500-1750 students £4450.00

Band G: 1750-2000 students £5000.00

Band H: 2000-2250 students £5550.00

The Annual Centre subscription charge includes;

• Free initial training

• Unlimited Certification of students from Entry Level to Level 2

• 100 certificates for the wider community

• Training and unlimited use for up to 5 feeder Primary Schools

• Telephone support by a dedicated moderation team

• Full use of the INGOT e-portfolio system linking evidence to assessor grades

• Full use of on-line certificate authentication 

Quality Assurance

The Annual Centre subscription charge includes one Moderation and Quality Assurance review visit per year to verify centre compliance and the maintenance of Centre accreditation.

Additional Charges

Official Certificate paper is to be purchased from TLM for the Ingots system at an additional cost of 30p per sheet. Additional training is available upon request with cost calculated on the level of training required.  

Annual Centre  Charges for Post 16 

Centre registration of £750 per annum

Costs for units completed and agreed are based on anticipated learner numbers (example of Level 2 units for medium sized college/adult training at£12.00 per unit), Please contact us for more information and a costing structure taylored to individual needs

Verification of the authenticity of certificates

Certificates can be verified by going to the Verify Certificate link on the front page of the community site. Entering the certificate number will pull up the name of the owner. This service is free of charge.  Each certificate has a 3D bar code that can be scanned using a Smartphone. The Smartphone will automatically contact the INGOT website with the certificate details and provide it's details to verify its authenticity.

The use of the INGOT community site and on-line courses is free of charge and more learning resources will be made available here as time goes on.
