Silver academies

A Silver Academy has at least one qualified Silver INGOT assessor trainer. The assessor trainer can grant assessor status at Bronze or Silver level to anyone, not just those within the Academy.

A Silver Academy can generate income by running courses for assessors in other schools and organisations and it can run courses leading to certification, if it so desires.

A Silver academy has a Principal Assessor who is responsible for standards within the academy and accountable for these standards to The Learning Machine Ltd. The Principal Assessor must be an assessor trainer.

Silver academies will generally work towards a position where all members of the organisation capable of achieving Silver level will be certificated with the Silver INGOT. There will be a culture of striving for good operating practice and sharing this with others.
